Late fee for 2026 renewals will be added to your invoice starting May 1 8:00am. Late fee for renewal is $150.00 which makes your renewal $370 for the season. Renew now to save yourself some money.

Membership is capped at 800 and we have reached capacity for the 2026 season. If you are interested in becoming a member, send an email with property details to membership@dlpoa.org

Renewing with paper will cost you an additional $25 processing fee and takes a lot more time.
